Candle Care & Safety

First Burn is Key: Allow the wax to melt evenly across the entire surface of the candle during the first burn. This creates a memory pool and prevents tunneling, ensuring an even burn throughout.

Slight Wax Residue: Some wax residue on the sides of the jar is normal after the first burn. It will melt into the candle during subsequent burns.

General Safety:

  • Never leave a burning candle unattended.
  • Keep candles away from drafts, flammable materials, and children.
  • Burn candles on a heat-resistant surface.
  • Trim wicks to 1/4 inch before each burn.
  • Extinguish candles completely before leaving the room or going to sleep.
