Order Processing & Delivery Most orders ship within 3 business days, though individual product listings will clearly indicate any extended processing times. Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided via email. We primarily use UPS for faster and more reliable delivery, with USPS utilized only in rare instances. Standard ground shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the contiguous United States, though these are estimates and not guaranteed. We also verify all shipping addresses to prevent fraud and ensure accurate delivery.

Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. For orders that qualify for free shipping promotions (such as orders of $75 or more), the most economical shipping option will be used.

Damaged Shipments In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We require photos of both the damaged packaging and the items. We will promptly send a replacement for damaged items; if a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued. Please do not discard damaged items or packaging until we provide further instructions.
