Shipping

Items on our website are available and ready to ship unless otherwise stated (i.e. Made to Order and Sachets). We ship orders on Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays when the USPS is closed. Orders placed after 4:00 pm will be shipped on the next shipping day. Soy wax is sensitive to extreme hot or cold temperatures and we do not want your candles to sit in a shipping warehouse over the weekend. Items that are not ready to ship will be processed in one (1) to five (5) business days, or as indicated in the item listing, and then shipped on the next shipping date.

Orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise stated. Tracking information, when applicable, will be provided.  If you need your order expedited, please contact us prior to placing your order so we can discuss alternative shipping options. 

If your items arrive damaged, please contact us immediately. We will ask you to send photos of the package and damaged items. These photos will be required for us to file a claim with the post office. Items that are damaged during shipping will be replaced by Abboo Candle Co at no additional cost. If the item is no longer available, you will have the option of selecting a comparable item or a refund for the item(s) that are unusable.

We have 3 shipping options that are always available:

1) FREE shipping on orders over $49.00 (pre-tax & less discounts)

2) $3.95 flat rate shipping on orders containing ONLY wax melts and/or sachets.

3) Market Pick Up - select this option and we will bring your order to an upcoming market. Please tell us which market in the notes section at checkout. Failure to include the pickup location at check out will result in an invoice being generated for the cost to ship.
