I'm dusting off my old bartending skills to bring you this rosé sangria recipe that is perfect for summer!

Rose wine

You'll need:
1 bottle of dry rose wine
1/4 cup brandy
2 tablespoons of strawberry liqueur (orange, raspberry or blackberry would also work well)
2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 cups raspberries
1 1/2 cups quartered strawberries
1 sliced lemon (orange or lime may also be used)
1 1/2 cups seltzer

Directions:
1) Mix the wine, liqueur, and sugar in a pitcher until the sugar dissolves.
2) Add the fresh fruit.
2) Refrigerate 1-2 hours
3) Add the seltzer and serve immediately over ice.

This has me thinking I may need to work on a sangria scented candle!

If you try it be sure to come back and leave a comment with your thoughts and any adjustments you made.

Cheers, friends!
